This set-in sleeve tee is the perfect introduction to knitting a sleeve cap shaped with short rows (see the video tutorial linked below, for a full demonstration of the process). The tee is knit in the round from hem to underarm, with A-line body shaping. At the underarm, the front and back are knit separately to the shoulder. After the shoulders are sewn together, stitches are picked up around the armhole openings and the sleeves are knit, beginning with the short-row sleeve caps. The neckline and sleeve cuffs are finished with 1×1 twisted rib.
A special video all about modifying and shaping for a full bust and a handout that explains shaping rates is included.
